Horn and cruise control work fine. It is the voice control button on the steering wheel that is not responding at all. I'll give the microphone level check a try if you would pass along directions and how to get to the diag screen. I actually opened the map light assembly and saw the microphone and homelink module.

Go into a advanced settings and press functional setup, then press mic level. Now press the talk button on the steering wheel and say "hello" in a normal speaking tone. Test again. If your Navi doesn't understand your commands while driving after completing the above, I suggest recording "hello" while driving so the mic picks up the road noise
